We are currently contracting individuals with telecommunications skills, who can provide exceptional “white glove” customer service by identifying and resolving root causes of customer issues. 

•7 Days a Week, 7:00 am - 12:00 am EST – 365 Days per Year (subject to change based on client needs.
•A mimimum of 20 hours required per week with 8 of those on the weekend

Systems requirement: Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit) , minimum of 2GB RAM

•Note: Windows XP, 2000, MAC OS, Windows Vista, Windows 8, and Internet Explorer 10 Not Supported

Average pay is $12.40 per hour and as a top performer you can make as much as $15.50 per hour working from home



Opportunity #2

Inbound Customer calls for Billing & Repair with Sales for Northeast Division – Greater Boston & Connecticut Customers Cable Company

7 Days a Week, 8:00am-10:00pm EST –365 Days per Year (subject to change based on client needs.
Primary initial servicing times 3:00pm–9:00pm EST.
Minimum of 40 intervals per week with 10 of those intervals serviced on the weekend.

•Arise Secure Desktop Device (mailed to mailing address in IBO/CSP profile)
•Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit) and Windows 8.
•MAC OS NOT currently supported
•Noise cancelling headset

Average pay is $10.00 per hour and top performers can make as much as $14.00
