In order to service with our dynamic client base, you must become certified with our partner Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. the world's leading provider of virtual business process outsourcing.  Arise performs the function of screening and certifying potential Client Support Professionals who seek to service the clients in our network.  Arise does not offer employment, but instead uses a team of Independent Businesses to build a competent workforce.  MLT Virtual Solutions is an Independent Business in the Arise Network, with the ability to provide you great opportunities to work from home.

Successful candidates are placed on our Client Support Professional Team once certification has been successfully completed. 

 Step 1 - Certification

Visit our partner, Arise, Inc's website to begin the certification process by clicking the link below:     


      The Arise certification process includes a background check, voice assessment and basic online customer service aptitude course, CSP101. 

Remember, you are interviewing to become a Customer Service Professional that works on the phone, so use your "BEST" phone voice when you take the Voice Assessment. The background check can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.

When asked were you referred to Arise by an Independent Business Owner or current Client Support Professional, select Yes. Please enter 628593 when asked for the CSP ID.

All steps are completed from your home as quickly as you elect (some successful CSP candidates have accomplished certification in as short a period as 1 day).  Once you have successfully passed CSP 101, you are certified with Arise, Inc. and ready to move to Step Two.

Step 2 - Join MLT Virtual Solutions

To express your interest in becoming a Client Support Professional with MLT Virtual Solutions:

• Log into the Arise Portal
• Click the Link That Asks You to Join an Arise Affiliated Independent Business (IBO)/VSC
• Enter the following EIN 471562697 
• Click Search and You Will See MLT Virtual Solutions Corporations
• Click Submit

All of our Client Support Professional are Independent Contractors and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

Step 3 - Begin Training 


Once we receive your request to join MLT Virtual Solutions, one of our team members will contact you in order to go over training requirements, times , and dates. We will see you through this process from beginning to end. 


Once you have successfully completed training, we will receive your statement of work. We will contact you again to let you know when to expect your first payment and send you an Direct Deposit form, a copy of your contract, and a schedule of payments along with all important documents.
