Once you have completed your profile you will need to complete a Voice Assessment which is done over the phone. Remeber you are interviewing to become a Customer Service Professional that works on the phone, so use your "BEST" phone voice when you take the Voice Assessment. A background check is required since you will have access to company and customers confidential information.
